Mulai buat yuk....&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a name='more'&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Trebuchet MS&amp;quot;,sans-serif; font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;Bahan:&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; 400 gram kwetiau basah, seduh air panas, tiriskan.&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; 4 sdm minyak, untuk menumis&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; 3 siung bawang putih, cincang halus&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; 1 butir bawang bombay, iris tipis&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; 150 gram udang, kupas&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; 150 gram cumi, potong bulat&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; 200 ml air&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; 1 sdm saus tiram&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; 1 sdm minyak wijen&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; 2 sdm kecap manis&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; 1 sdt garam&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; ¼ sdt kaldu bubuk&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; 1 sdm tepung maizena, larutkan dalam air&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; 150 gram caisim, potong 3 cm, rebus&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;Cara Membuat: &lt;/u&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Rebus kwetiau basah dengan sedikit garam dan minyak sampai kental. Angkat, tiriskan.&lt;br /&gt;2. Tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay sampai harum. Masukkan udang dan cumi, aduk sampai berubah warna.&lt;br /&gt;3. Tambahkan air dan bumbu lainnya, masak sampai udang dan cumi matang.&lt;br /&gt;4. Masukkan larutan maizena sedikit demi sedikit sambil terus diaduk, angkat.&lt;br /&gt;5. Tata kwetiau dan caisim rebus di atas piring, lalu siram dengan saus seafood.
